Hot showers with good pressure, close to markets and 15 min walk to main square, helpful staff, great location, free bag storage during Machu Picchu hikes, basic breakfast.

The double room at Puka Packers Hostel was a cozy retreat for our family. We loved having our own private bathroom with a shower, it made getting ready in the morning a breeze. The free WiFi was a great perk, allowing us to stay connected during our trip. The room also had a comfortable seating area where we could relax after a long day of exploring. we felt right at home in our room at the hostel.
The only thing we didn't love was the microwave in the room. It felt a bit unnecessary for us, but we understand that others may find it convenient.

I stayed at Puka Packers for three nights during my visit to Cusco. The cozy and warm room provided a comfortable stay. The free walking tour organized by the hostel was excellent, giving me great insights into the city's history and culture. Conveniently located just a few streets away from the historical area, there were several shops nearby. The comfortable bed with lots of blankets ensured a good night's sleep. The nice courtyard and washing line were added bonuses. Additionally, the hostel allowed me to safely store my bags for free while I went on Machu Picchu hikes.
Can recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hostel. The location was perfect, with markets, the old town, and the center all within easy reach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided great service, allowing us to store our bags while we explored. The basic breakfast offered a good start to the day. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to use the hostel's kitchen during certain hours.
There were some issues with noise at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Our stay at Puka Packers was truly worth every penny. The room was cozy and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Plaza de Arma and even right next to Mercado San Pedro. The staff treated us like family, always friendly and helpful.
The breakfast could use some improvement. It was a bit disorganized and lacked variety.

Extremely cheap, probably the cheapest hostel I've ever stayed in. Reliable hot showers with good pressure. Friendly and helpful staff. Laundry service and bag storage available. Close to markets and a 15-minute walk to Plaza de Armas. Organized events and activities offered. Conveniently located near Mercado San Pedro and other popular attractions in Cusco.
Felt welcome, nothing to complain about.

GREAT bang for your buck with a fabulous room, nice location, and awesome social area and bar. The staff were like superstars - so helpful and kind! Plus, they made sure our room was sparkling clean and restocked with fresh towels every single day. We also loved being right next to the famous Mercado San Pedro and just a hop, skip, and a jump away from Plaza de Arma. Can't forget to mention the laundry service and bag storage, which were totally clutch. So if you're looking for a mind-blowing stay with epic events, this place is for you!

The breakfast provided at the hostel was really enjoyable and satisfying. Additionally, the hostel had a nice courtyard which provided a pleasant atmosphere. Moreover, the location of the hostel was perfect as it was conveniently located just a short walk away from the historical area and there were several shops nearby.
The shower water was only tepid, which was a bit disappointing. The kitchen facilities were also quite filthy and there was an extra charge to use the gas cooker for cooking.
